At Playcarpets, we believe you shouldn't have to pay extra to receive your play carpet. That's why shipping is always free — everywhere in Europe.

Free shipping

All orders ship free of charge, regardless of the amount. This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the rest of the EU.

Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days. After dispatch, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your parcel.

All our orders are shipped via DHL. DHL delivers reliably and swiftly across all of Europe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace code that lets you follow your parcel at any time.

Your play carpet is carefully rolled and packed in a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
