Not completely satisfied? No problem. You can return your play carpet within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is free.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the product.
Return conditions
The play carpet must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Received a damaged product?
Did you receive a damaged product? Please contact us immediately at info@playcarpets.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
How do I return?

Send an email to info@playcarpets.com with your order number and let us know you wish to return.

You will receive a return label by email within 24 hours on business days.

Pack the play carpet in the original packaging and attach the return label to the parcel.

Drop off the parcel at a DHL service point. Return shipping is on us.
